Our Story

Built on patience,
brewed with intention

Ma'oy Brewing started with a simple belief: that great beer doesn't need a big city to be born. In the quiet corners of Carneys Point Township, we found the space, the time, and the community to do something honest.

Every batch is brewed in small quantities — enough to matter, small enough to care about. We source local ingredients when we can, experiment with seasonality, and never rush the process. The result is beer that tastes like it was made by people who actually drink it.

Our taproom is an extension of that philosophy: unpretentious, welcoming, and open to anyone who wants to sit a while.

Pale Ale

Delaware River Pale

Crisp, citrus-forward, and dangerously drinkable. Our flagship pale ale carries the clean finish of a river run — light on the palate, steady in the belly.

5.4% ABV · 38 IBU

Amber Ale

Sandstone Amber

A nod to the shoreline that defines our township. Toasted malt sweetness meets a subtle hop bite, with notes of caramel and dried fruit.

5.8% ABV · 30 IBU

Stout

Night Shift Stout

Dark as a winter evening. Rich roasted barley, a whisper of chocolate, and a velvety head that lingers. Brewed for slow evenings and longer conversations.

6.2% ABV · 42 IBU

Wheat

August Wheat

Light, effervescent, and made for warm days. A Belgian-style wheat with a hint of coriander and orange peel — refreshing without being thin.

4.9% ABV · 18 IBU
